If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use DigitalSellHub’s seller services.
1. About DigitalSellHub
DigitalSellHub is an online marketplace that allows eligible creators and sellers to offer digital products to customers.

2. Seller Eligibility
To become a seller, you must:

- Maintain only one seller account unless DigitalSellHub authorizes additional accounts.
- Keep your account credentials secure.

If you are selling on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
DigitalSellHub may request additional information to verify your identity, business, payment details, or eligibility.
3. Seller Account
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your seller account.
You must not:
- Share your password with unauthorized individuals.
- Allow another person to use your account without authorization.
- Create accounts using false identities.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to bypass account restrictions or suspensions.
- Use automated methods to abuse marketplace systems.
Notify DigitalSellHub promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Products You May Sell
DigitalSellHub is intended for legitimate digital products that provide genuine value to customers.
Depending on the marketplace category and applicable policies, products may include:
- Ebooks
- Guides
- Templates
- Worksheets
- Educational resources
- Business resources
- Marketing resources
- Design assets
- Productivity resources
- AI-related resources
- Software or digital tools
- Other legitimate downloadable digital products
DigitalSellHub may limit, reject, remove, or restrict particular categories of products at its discretion.
5. Prohibited Products and Activities
You must not upload, sell, distribute, or promote products or content that:

- Contain stolen or unlawfully obtained material.
- Are counterfeit or falsely represented as another person’s or company’s product.
- Contain malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code.

- Promote terrorism or violent extremist activity.

- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Violate DigitalSellHub’s Prohibited Products Policy.
DigitalSellHub may remove products that create legal, security, safety, reputational, or customer-service risks.
6. Intellectual Property
You must have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to sell every product you upload.
You must not upload content that you copied from another creator, website, marketplace, book, course, software product, or other source unless you have the necessary rights to do so.
If your product contains third-party material, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the appropriate license or permission.
You remain responsible for intellectual-property claims relating to your products.
DigitalSellHub may remove or restrict a product when it receives a credible intellectual-property complaint or reasonably believes that a product may infringe another person’s rights.
7. Product Quality and Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions accurately represent what customers will receive.
Product listings should clearly communicate, where applicable:
- What the customer receives.
- File format.
- Number of files or resources.
- Compatibility requirements.
- Product version.
- License or usage rights.
- Whether the product is editable.
- Any important limitations.
- Any software or technical requirements.
- Whether updates or support are included.
You must not use misleading titles, images, descriptions, testimonials, reviews, tags, or claims.
You must not make false claims about a product’s results, popularity, earnings potential, or effectiveness.
8. AI-Generated Content
If you use artificial intelligence or generative AI to create or assist with a product, you remain responsible for the final product.
You must ensure that:
- The product complies with applicable laws.
- You have the necessary rights to use included materials.
- The product does not intentionally infringe third-party rights.
- Product descriptions accurately represent the product.
- AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy and quality.
- The product provides genuine value to customers.
Using AI does not remove your responsibility for the content you sell.
9. Product Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring that customers receive the digital product they purchased according to the product listing and applicable marketplace procedures.
You must promptly correct broken, missing, corrupted, or materially incomplete files when reasonably required.
DigitalSellHub may provide technical delivery tools, but you remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your products.
10. Customer Support
You are responsible for reasonable customer support relating to your products.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be expected to respond to customer questions concerning:
- Product access
- Download problems
- Missing files
- File corruption
- Product compatibility
- Product instructions
- Licensing questions
- Material discrepancies between the listing and the delivered product
DigitalSellHub may intervene when necessary to resolve marketplace disputes or protect customers.
11. Pricing
You are responsible for setting accurate product prices where DigitalSellHub allows sellers to control pricing.
Prices must not be intentionally misleading.
DigitalSellHub may apply applicable fees, commissions, taxes, payment-processing charges, subscription charges, or other amounts disclosed to you.
You are responsible for understanding the applicable seller fees before listing products.
12. Payments and Seller Payouts
Seller payouts are subject to the payment methods, payout schedules, fees, verification requirements, and other procedures communicated by DigitalSellHub.
DigitalSellHub may delay, hold, reverse, or adjust payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate:
- Fraud
- Chargebacks
- Refunds
- Payment disputes
- Suspicious transactions
- Policy violations
- Intellectual-property complaints
- Security concerns
- Legal or regulatory requirements
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
13. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations arising from your sales through DigitalSellHub, except where applicable law requires DigitalSellHub to collect, withhold, report, or remit taxes.
You should obtain professional tax advice regarding your individual circumstances.
14. Refunds and Chargebacks
Sellers must comply with DigitalSellHub’s applicable Refund Policy and any refund obligations required by law.
A seller may be responsible for refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, or related costs when they result from the seller’s product, conduct, misrepresentation, policy violation, or failure to provide the purchased product as described.
DigitalSellHub may process or facilitate refunds where appropriate.
15. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may be allowed to review products purchased through DigitalSellHub.
You must not:
- Create fake reviews.
- Purchase fake reviews.
- Offer misleading incentives for positive reviews.
- Threaten customers for leaving negative reviews.
- Manipulate ratings.
- Create multiple accounts to influence ratings.
- Post reviews for your own products using another identity.
Reviews should represent genuine customer experiences.
DigitalSellHub may moderate reviews that violate applicable policies, contain prohibited content, or are demonstrably fraudulent or abusive.
16. Marketing Your Products
You may promote your DigitalSellHub products through lawful marketing channels.
You must not use:
- Spam
- Fake accounts
- Misleading advertising
- Fake scarcity
- Fake testimonials
- Unauthorized brand impersonation
- Deceptive redirects
- Malware
- Phishing
- Unlawful automated messages
You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, privacy, email, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property laws.
17. Marketplace Content and SEO
You must provide original, useful, and accurate product information.
Do not create listings primarily for manipulating search engines.
Do not keyword-stuff product pages, create misleading titles, copy descriptions from competitors, or upload large quantities of substantially duplicate or low-value listings.
DigitalSellHub may restrict or remove content that creates a poor customer experience or violates marketplace policies.
18. DigitalSellHub’s Rights
To operate and protect the marketplace, DigitalSellHub may:
- Review seller accounts and listings.
- Reject or remove products.
- Request additional information.
- Restrict product visibility.
- Temporarily suspend accounts.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Hold or delay payouts when reasonably necessary.
- Investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
- Cooperate with lawful government or legal requests.
- Take action against content that violates these terms.
Where appropriate, DigitalSellHub may provide notice or an opportunity to address an issue, but immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect customers, the platform, or other users.
19. Seller License to DigitalSellHub
You retain ownership of your original intellectual property.
By listing a product, you grant DigitalSellHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, and promote your product listing and associated marketplace content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and improve DigitalSellHub.
This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to DigitalSellHub.
20. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe a seller’s product infringes your intellectual-property rights, please contact DigitalSellHub through the designated reporting or contact process and provide sufficient information for the complaint to be investigated.
DigitalSellHub may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while an investigation is conducted.
False or fraudulent intellectual-property complaints may result in account restrictions.
21. Seller Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DigitalSellHub and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your products.
- Your seller account.
- Your violation of these terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Your relationship or dealings with customers.
- Your fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful conduct.
22. Disclaimers
DigitalSellHub provides a marketplace platform and does not guarantee that:
- Every product will meet a customer’s expectations.
- Every seller is trustworthy.
- Every product will remain available.
- Every product will produce a particular result.
- The marketplace will always operate without interruption.
- All product information supplied by sellers is accurate.
Customers should evaluate products and seller information before purchasing.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalSellHub will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a seller’s use of the marketplace.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
24. Suspension and Termination
You may stop selling on DigitalSellHub at any time, subject to unresolved orders, refunds, disputes, legal obligations, and other applicable responsibilities.
DigitalSellHub may suspend or terminate seller access when it reasonably believes that you:
- Violated these terms.
- Violated applicable law.
- Submitted misleading information.
- Engaged in fraud or abuse.
- Uploaded prohibited products.
- Infringed intellectual-property rights.
- Created security risks.
- Harmed customers or the marketplace.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
25. Changes to These Terms
DigitalSellHub may update these Seller Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, DigitalSellHub may provide notice through the website, account, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of seller services after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
26. Governing Law and Disputes
These Seller Terms are subject to the laws and dispute-resolution requirements applicable to DigitalSellHub and its users.
Before taking formal legal action, the parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
Because DigitalSellHub may serve customers and sellers in different countries, the appropriate governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration provisions, and consumer protections should be determined based on the business’s actual legal structure and applicable law.
